From TeamSnap
OrgFrame has no TeamSnap connection. It doesn't need one: export your members to a spreadsheet and drop it in.
What to export.
A few minutes in the tool you're leaving.
- 01A club or league: open Members (under a division for just that division) and choose Export Members. TeamSnap emails you the file.
- 02A single team: open the Roster tab, choose Export, then Export CSV File.
- 03Drop the file in, and confirm which column is which. OrgFrame suggests a match for each.
What OrgFrame builds.
You see all of it before anything is saved, and OrgFrame asks about anything it isn't sure of.
- Families: each parent's name, email and phone, up to two parents per player
- Players, with their date of birth when the file has one
- Programs, seasons, divisions and teams from the columns that name them
- Registrations and payments, when the file has fees and amounts paid

What stays behind.
No export carries these, from any tool. Here's what to do instead.

The export takes minutes. Most of the time goes into the review: checking names and answering the few questions your files leave open. The import itself runs in the background, and Undo removes exactly what it added.
