These terms govern your use of OrgFrame's websites, apps, and services. By creating an account or using OrgFrame, you agree to them. If you use OrgFrame on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf and confirm you are authorized to do so.
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity under your account. Give accurate information, and keep it up to date. You must be at least 13 to create an account, and if you are under 18 a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you. Information about a child under 13 is managed by their parent, guardian, or organization; a child under 13 cannot have an account of their own.
An organization's administrators control its workspace — who has access, what it collects, what it charges, and what it publishes. Organizations are responsible for their programs, their communications with members, and having the rights and consents needed for the information they bring into OrgFrame, including data imported from another platform.
You agree not to:
Organizations accept payments through their own Stripe account, and are subject to Stripe's terms. Funds are paid to the organization, not held by OrgFrame. OrgFrame may charge a processing fee on transactions, as shown to the organization before it accepts payments. Refunds of registration and other fees are handled by the organization under its own policies.
You and your organization keep ownership of the content you put into OrgFrame. You give us permission to host, process, and display it only as needed to provide and improve the service. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
OrgFrame, including its software, design, and branding, belongs to us. We are always improving the service and may add, change, or remove features. If we remove something material that you rely on, we will tell you in advance.
OrgFrame connects to services run by others, such as payment processing and maps. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.
You can stop using OrgFrame at any time, and an organization can export its data before closing its account. We may suspend or end access for a violation of these terms, or where required by law, and will give notice when it is reasonable to do so.
OrgFrame is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and we do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the extent the law allows, OrgFrame is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid OrgFrame in the twelve months before the claim arose.
You agree to defend and indemnify OrgFrame against claims arising from your content, your organization's programs, or your violation of these terms.
We may update these terms. For material changes we will update the date above and notify account holders in advance. Continuing to use OrgFrame after changes take effect means you accept them.
