Does importing email our families?
No. Nothing is sent during an import. When you're ready, you send one email telling families to sign in, and their kids and teams are already there.
What if we already have people on OrgFrame?
An import adds and links. It never overwrites anything already there: someone OrgFrame already knows is matched to their existing account, and you see every match before it happens.
Can we undo it?
Yes. Undo removes exactly what the import created and keeps anything you added afterwards.
