Governing Bodies
For associations and their member clubs, all year. Every club runs its own organization, and the people who help several of them do it from one sign-in.
How a body with many clubs runs.
Nobody's registrations end up in somebody else's club.
- Your association is an organization of its own.Its programs, registration and website, the same as any club's.
- Each member club is its own organization. Its families, registrations and website stay with that club, and its payments go to its own account.
- People who help more than one switch between them. One account, every organization they hold a role in, each with only the access that role gives.
The age chart, already in.
Name the sanctioning body on a program and pick its divisions. The USSSA baseball and girls fast pitch charts are built in and move with each season's year, so nobody retypes birth dates every August.
Every club's files, one club at a time.
Each club brings in its own export or spreadsheet. It sees everything before anything is saved, and Undo removes exactly what an import added.
Start with your own organization. The clubs can follow.
