01Open FormsIn Manage, then create a registration form for your program.
02Build itAdd the questions you need answered, from sizes to medical notes.
03Add its feesSet what registration costs. At checkout, 3.9% + $0.99 is added as its own line, so you receive the full price.
04Publish itA published form is open to families. Until then it stays a draft.
